1. Returns

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you require an exchange for the identical item, please contact us with your order details.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
  • If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee may not be refundable.
